XL series spiral sand washing machine application field: widely used in stone factories, mixing stations, building materials, water saving and hydropower.
The XL series spiral sand washer is a spiral cleaning device. It has low power, good performance and good sealing. It reduces the loss of fine sand and stone dust during work. It guarantees the cleaning and dewatering of the sand mechanism in the sand production line.
During the operation, the spiral sand washer rotates by the force of the spiral impeller, rotates the impeller and rolls the sand mechanism in the machine body, so that the mechanical sand is broken and milled, and the impurities covering the sandstone surface are eliminated. Destroy the water vapor layer of the coated sand to promote dehydration. At the same time, add water to form a strong water flow, remove foreign matter with less impurities and small specific gravity in time, and discharge from the overflow port to complete the cleaning work, and finally rinse the mechanical sand with water. The rotation of the helical impeller enters the discharge conduit.
Screw sand washing machine is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and waterproofing. This sand washing machine adopts inclination of 15º, under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, waterproofing,classifying.
